If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process within 15 days of delivery. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and in original condition: The item must not have been used, and it should remain in the same condition as received.
- All tags and original packaging: Ensure that all tags are attached, and the original packaging is included.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@slackery.store to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare the item by securely packing it in its original packaging, including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer initiated returns: If the return is not due to a product defect or error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Our error: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for high value items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Timelines:
- For regular returns, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- For defective or incorrect products, the refund will be initiated immediately after the item is received and inspected.
Please note that returns initiated after the 15-day return window are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds for Specific Cases
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong size or color), contact us immediately. We will send you a return shipping label at no additional cost and ship the correct product as quickly as possible.
- Non Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please reach out to us. We will investigate and offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may receive a full refund. However, if the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Customized or personalized products
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Expiration
After the 15 day return window, we will no longer process refunds or returns unless there is a valid warranty claim or a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that any return requests are submitted within this time frame.
