Return Eligibility

At Slackery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@slackery.store to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Wrong Sizes

If you received an item in the wrong size (e.g., an incorrect size was shipped to you), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you and will send you the correct size as soon as possible. Ensure you provide the correct size you need when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
